The project of the Municipality of Lemnos utilizes modern information and communication technologies to improve municipal services and the quality of life of citizens. The aim is to develop a smart and sustainable digital infrastructure that connects sectors such as health, welfare, culture, and tourism, strengthening social cohesion and accessibility for residents and visitors to the island.

Through the installation of smart telemedicine systems, portable medical equipment, cultural promotion and tourist information applications, the project aims to transform the Municipality of Lemnos into a model municipality of smart services.

Telemedicine and Remote Health Monitoring System

Enables remote patient monitoring, medical measurements, and secure data exchange between citizens and doctors via software.

Mobile Examination Units with ultrasound and X-ray equipment, to provide health services even in the most remote areas of the island.

Digital Culture and Tourism Services

Showcase the island’s cultural heritage through interactive maps, virtual tours, and smart information applications.

Data Interconnection and Management Platform

It consolidates all information and allows for centralised supervision and coordination of services.
