As part of the strategy to strengthen digital services and upgrade the Municipality of Metamorfosis, the proposal includes two critical and complementary interventions: the supply and installation of interactive whiteboards in schools in the Municipality and the development of a comprehensive Electronic Management and Administration System.

Upgrading Education with Interactive Whiteboards

This involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of sixty-five (65) Interactive Education Systems in schools in the municipality. The implementation of this action will significantly enhance the digital footprint of the educational process, providing schools with modern tools that encourage interactive learning, active student participation, and the use of educational software. At the same time, five years of technical support will be provided, as well as training for teaching staff in the use of the equipment. The implementation of the project is based on certified material, technical documentation, and best practices for installation in school environments.

Digital Reorganization of Municipal Administration

This involves the study, development, and productive operation of an Electronic Management and Organization System for Municipal Administration. This system is designed to meet the internal operational needs of municipal services by introducing digital workflows, electronic document archiving, decision, request, and order management, as well as interoperability with existing platforms. The aim is to enhance transparency, optimize administrative efficiency, and upgrade citizen services. The proposal includes a complete Requirements Analysis, Implementation Study, system development and configuration, pilot implementation, user training, and technical support, ensuring a successful transition to a digital administration model.

The combined implementation of the two projects strengthens the educational and administrative mechanism of the Municipality of Metamorfosis, contributing significantly to its digital transformation and improving the daily lives of citizens and the educational community.
