DOTSOFT SA signed a new contract with the Municipality of Filiates for the implementation of the project “SMART CITY APPLICATIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FILIATON”. The budget of the project amounts to € 106,660.00 and includes actions related to:

• The implementation of a central platform “smart city” through which the Municipality will manage applications and data
• The installation of sensors for measuring and remote management of power consumption in public buildings.
• The installation of a management and monitoring system of the Municipality’s fleet.
• The installation of smart water meters for the possibility of automatic measurement of drinking water consumption.
• The supply of equipment and management software for wireless network (WiFi) with data processing capability.

With the completion of the project, the Municipality will be able to make full use of information and communication technologies to control and improve the quality of services provided to its citizens, reducing operating costs in the fields of electricity, water and waste and the construction site management mechanism within the boundaries of the Municipality.
