The actions included in the project concern the energy management of buildings and electricity networks, waste management, electronic circulation of documents using electronic signatures between the buildings and services of the Municipality, the organization and distribution of land use and spatial planning data through a geo-gate and the management of the drinking water network.

In addition, the project includes the supply of equipment for the free access of citizens and visitors to a small-scale wireless network in ten (10) public hotspots. Upon completion of the project, the Municipality will have a complete system for:

1. monitoring and management of electricity consumption in 5 public buildings using appropriate sensors in their panels.
2. monitoring and management of electricity consumption bills for all services of the Municipality to avoid power theft.
3. checking the fullness of the bins located in remote areas and in crowded places such as schools, public buildings, KAPI, churches, rural clinics, etc.
4. management of the geospatial information infrastructure of the Municipality through the appropriate planning, programming, organization, management of its data. The Municipality will have an interactive web portal of geospatial data using free open-source software (EL / LAC) that will concern both the services of the Municipality (engineers) and its citizens.
5. management of Hydrometers (Y / M) within the boundaries of the Municipality. The application will manage the register of Hydrometers of the Municipality and will provide access using a username and password to the register of water supply services of the Municipality. At the same time, the application using free software, open-source software (EL / LAC) will offer the recording and coding of water supply services in the geographical area of ​​the Municipality (using an application for the mobile phones of the water meter staff) in combination with the processing of recording data and creating a file for import into the financial management software of the Municipality. The water meter staff belongs to the Municipality and will be paid by the Municipality both during the implementation of the project and after.
6. provision of a complete operation of an electronic protocol system, archiving and distribution of documents and workflow for the needs of the Municipality. The system will provide electronic protocol functions using digital signatures and the ability to digitize and electronically archive incoming and outgoing documents, as well as handling documents in various parts of the Municipality, covering the Municipality’s obligation to use electronic document handling and its compliance with European 2016/679 (GDPR).
7. the free access of citizens and visitors to the wireless network (WiFi) that will be created in ten (10) points (squares) within the boundaries of the Municipality.

• Monitoring application of electricity consumption related to street lighting, building electrification and energy costs of pumping stations
• Application for the management of the register of Hydrometers of the Municipality

• Implementation of remote management and monitoring of energy consumption of municipal buildings using equipment in electrical panels
• “Smart city” data portal for citizens
